St. Johns, New Brunswick, Canada                         Wednesday, September 12, 2018

So good to see the sun today!

Lots of brick buildings in St. John

We walked down the street of St. John to see the famous tide of the Bay of Fundy way, way out! The Bay of Fundy is supposed to be the largest tidal rise and fall in the world.
Neat and clean....and the oldest corporate city in Canada....St. John is full of well maintained old brick buildings.

The tourists buses in this part of Canada are dedicated to Breast Cancer Awareness.

Where are the real ones? The moose is Larry's favorite animal, next to the elephant.
We took off on a hike around the Bay of Fundy. We hiked the fantastic paved path last year on our 40th anniversary. It leads to the changing river tide where you can actually see the flow of the water reverse. Our ship is in the background. The Norwegian Dawn is docked behind it. The  Dawn changed it Bermuda destination because of Hurricane Florence.
All kinds of neat art work is placed along the pathway.
The end of summer flowers were nice but...…

the fall berries were just plane incredible.

We also enjoyed spotting the Harbor Seals that would pop up in the waters. The minute they spotted us, they would dive down....such shy little creatures.
The lighthouse in St. John was one of the spots to enjoy along the pathway.
The sunset was quite exquisite. A thin strip of brilliant orange between black clouds....
An AWESOME sight and wonderful ending to a great day.
